Business Operations
We are pleased to report that we transitioned back to working in the office from the start of this month.

If you need to visit the office to drop off or pick up records, please ring ahead so that we can make sure someone is available to greet you.

Telephone calls are no longer being diverted and calls can be transferred internally, but please be aware that some staff work part-time and there may be times when a member of staff is working flexibly or remotely.

COVID
When attending meetings, you will be required to take a temperature test on entry. If this fails after two attempts, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

We ask all visitors to wear face masks when entering the premises and these may be removed when you reach the meeting room.

Please maintain social distancing.

PARKING
Parking is limited and is for our staff, but if you have an appointment, please do drive in. As was the case in our old offices, there may be occasions when you need to move your vehicle to allow staff access.

Sadly we have experience several attempts at unauthorised parking with individuals damaging our electronic barrier. This has been reported to the Police along with supporting CCTV footage. We believe this to be previous occupants or local residents attempting to gain access but we must respectively request that clients do not attempt to use the carpark other than for business purposes during working hours. CCTV is in operation 24/7 and attempts to gain access outside of these times will be reported to the Police.
